Dear Valued Customer

This is a very important message from myself (Andy Long) and the entire Long family from W&L Nissan. We want our staff, visitors and customers to know that we are taking this situation very seriously. We are constantly monitoring and keeping updated with the latest information and preventative measures regarding COVID-19. We hope we soon see an end to this pandemic and can continue are ways of life as usual.

As experts in PA and around the globe work tirelessly to slow the velocity of this virus, I wanted to share with you some of the steps W&L Nissan are doing to ensure that staff and visitors at our store remain safe. In addition to actively monitoring the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), our stores have:

  • Posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed to it.
  • We will be adding hand sanitizer stations as we can throughout the store, and relentlessly encouraging members of our team to wash their hands throughout the day.
  • Purchased additional cleaning supplies whereby every member of the W&L Nissan team can assist in cleaning and sanitizing high-contact areas throughout the day.
  • Directed our janitorial team to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing all high-contact areas, such as door handles, desktops, railings, doorknobs, etc., on a nightly basis.
  • Worked to ensure that all high-contact features and areas on vehicles (including door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs, etc..) are properly sanitized before guests are permitted inside of them after receiving service or test driving a vehicle.
  • Offering our standard, complimentary pick up and delivery service for any service needs.
  • Instructed all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to visit a doctor immediately, and if the physician feels they are a good candidate to be tested, I have authorized our insurance company to pay for the test in its entirety.

Please keep in mind, if you are considered high risk for this virus, please take full advantage of our Pickup and Delivery service. We understand your vehicle may be an essential for your transportation and every day needs, so we want to be able to take care of any service or recall needs for you. We will pick up your vehicle at your home, bring it to our dealership have it serviced and deliver it back to your home. When your vehicle is serviced at W&L Nissan, we will be using seat covers and needed protection while working on your vehicle. We then will sanitize main contact areas such as seat belts, steering wheel, dash, shift knob and other areas that we may come in contact with before we return your vehicle back to you.

This is just a brief overview of what we're doing to combat the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and we continue to work daily to identify new ways to grow and strengthen our response efforts. Simply put, you can rest assured knowing that our team is approaching this situation diligently and proactively with an abundance of caution, and out of an abundance of care.
